Just one of four finalists will be Michigan Technological University’s first vice president
for variety and inclusion. The finalists will interview on campus commencing the
7 days of Aug. 24. They were selected right after a nationwide search that began previous slide.
“Search Committee Chair Kellie Raffaelli and the committee have accomplished an admirable
career in determining the four finalists,” mentioned President Richard Koubek. “These folks
have a major volume of working experience in variety and inclusion problems and I’m
confident we will come across the appropriate fit for Michigan Tech.”
Talking about Complicated Difficulties

The previous finalist to go to will be Sumita Furlong, who will be on campus Tuesday, Sept. eight, through Thursday, Sept. ten. At existing,
Furlong is the special assistant to the vice chancellor, scholar affairs, for variety,
fairness, inclusion, strategic scheduling and initiatives, and external relations at the
College of California-Irvine. Furlong beforehand served as the main variety
